AIA Dues RatesFor Architects and designers, membership in The American Institute of Architects is tri-level. That is, members of AIA St. Louis are also members of AIA Missouri (the state chapter) and members of the Institute (the national level.) Below is a chart of current dues schedule. Please note that AIA dues commence on January 1 of each year; during the year dues are pro-rated as indicated below. Newly licensed architects who maintained Associate membership will pay a discounted dues for their first two full years of licensure. Please call the Chapter office for details at 314-621-3484. To be an AIA St. Louis Member Firm, supplemental dues of $84 per each registered architect at the firm must be paid by one firm principal. Member Firms' logos rotate through the website, with a link to your website and Member Firms are on the AIASTL referrals lists. AIA also allows a dues payment plan.
