Visiting the AIA St. Louis Chapter Offices, Bookstore
& The Resource Center

We love and encourage visitors to the AIA St. Louis Chapter Offices and The Resource Center @ AIA St. Louis. The following are the various parking options that are available for visitors to our offices and TRC, located at 911 Washington Ave, Suite 100, St. Louis MO, 63101. 

1. Street Parking
   Street parking is available all throughout the downtown area and we recommend using street parking when available.  

• Park Louie is brand for the City of St. Louis Treasurer’s Office parking operations and is a great resource to find/pay for parking and answer questions. CLICK HERE to learn more.  
• ParkMobile is a the provider of the street parking off of 10th Street, closest to our building. Be sure to look for payment signs and enter your space number or license plate number if needed. CLICK HERE to access their app. 
  

1. Private Building Lot 
   Our building has a small parking lot off of 10th Street that consists of reserved parking spaces and visitor spaces.Reserved parking spaces are not available during regular business hours, unless directed otherwise.Visitor spaces are available in a first come first serve basis, though we ask that you limit using these spaces to a couple of hours at a time.If you are arriving after 4:00PM then you are free to use the any of the available spaces in the small parking lot.
   
   
2. Paid Public Parking Lots
   Paid parking is also available in the parking lot that is diagonally behind the AIA St. Louis Chapter Offices.This lot is located off of Lucas Ave between 10th and 11th Street. Each of the parking lots provides kiosks to accept payment and also provides a payment app through Metropolis which you can access HERE.  Please note, they do not accept cash payments in this lot.
   
   
3. Public Transportation
   We support and promote public transportation and our offices can be reached by MetroLink or by MetroBus

• MetroLink – Use stations 8th and Pine or Convention Center for both ’the MLB or MLR lines
• MetroBus – The closest bus stops to our offices are:
  • 10th Street @ Lucas SB (Route #32)
  • Locust @ 8th Street (Route #40)
  • Washington Ave & 6th St N / E or S/W (Route #s 1X, 5, 14X, & 16X)
