Presenter: Terrell Stripling - International Code Council

This seminar reviews and analyzes selected significant changes from the 2021 to the 2024 edition of the International Building Code (IBC). Although the focus of the presentation is on revisions to the IBC fire- and life-safety provisions, additional areas of discussion include accessibility, construction materials and building services. The seminar assists in identifying the specific code changes that have occurred and understanding the reasoning behind the changes.
