[Part of “Sustainability Week”, done in partnership with USGBC-Missouri Gateway Chapter and STL NOMA] Thursday, September 16, 2021, Noon – 1:00 pm Durable & Resilient Retrofits – Solving with Stone Wool Insulation Presented by Todd Kimmel of ROCKWOOL North America Course will learn more about retrofit – specifically understand where retrofit and renovation fits in a building's energy conservation strategy and more broadly explain why retrofitting existing building stock contributes to GHG emission targets. Attendees will also become familiarized with retrofitting for enclosure durability, stone wool retrofit solutions (by viewing three distinct case studies on three unique retrofit solutions), and considerations for survivability (i.e. extreme weather).
