The 705 Olive, Adler and Sullivan designed building is being renovated by Checkmate Design to be opened as a boutique hotel this year. Arcturis has been hired to do the branding of the landmark hotel. We will gather at Arcturis for a reception and briefing on the project, and then walk across the street to the 705 Olive Street building for a tour.
