As experts on the built environment, architects have an important role to play in shaping our future cities.  It is critically important that the architect's knowledge and training is translated into policy; this is an opportunity to become a leader in creating and implementing resilience-minded policy.

Patrick was appointed to this position by Mayor Slay, and continues in Mayor Krewson's administration.  Prior to his new role, Patrick served as Mayor Slay's Deputy Chief of Staff and legislative director.  He has also served on Mayor Slay's Vacancy & Abandonment Task Force, and as a commissioner for the City's Planning Commission.  Patrick is a graduate of St. Louis University.
